| Thank you, but I couln't find downloadle HEC-22 there either (I had already tried also). |

| This is a large document (FHWA-SA-96-078) - and as in the publications you
were looking for
in a discussion from a month or so ago, best obtained from NTIS. Were you
able to obtain the
other publications you were looking for from them? The document at the FHWA
was probably
just a abstract. |

| Sure HEC-22 would not be found at the USCOE,Hydrologic Engineering Center (HEC) site.
Use the following link to get into the Hydraulics Softwares homepage of the FHWA; there you'll see that the HEC-22 is still "awaiting a decision". Besides, you need to register in order to get around their Digital Document Center; just follow any "ISDC" link and get an ID and a password of your own if you wish.

| Yes, I managed to get "Hydraulic Design of Highway Culverts" (I don't think it is an abstract, actually a friend downloaded as it was huge, and I didn't see it yet). That was at the website from which I now get an error when asking for HEC-22. It was using an ISDDC link and I didn't have to register. I recall Frank Fisl couldn't get HDS-5 a month ago. So it may be a question of luck. I will try again, at NTIS as well (or is it the same ?), or FHWA's CD-ROM...
"Bon week-end" as we say over here.

| This link should take you straight to the NTIS order form page for this publication. It's 478 pages and $77US, +S/H. (256 pages shorter and nearly 5x more expensive--street price-- than the latest Harry Potter book):

| I was able to hit a PDF of it at the FHWA site. I didn't download it fully because I have a copy but it did begin the download. I found it by searching for the document number. |
