SWMM4.4h and SWMM5
(http://cce.oregonstate.edu/water/swmm/) This site, located at Oregon State University, contains the absolute latest version of the public domain StormWater Management Model (SWMM) program. New updates are posted here on an approximately biweekly basis - check the swmmrdme file at the site for information on the latest changes. These files are provided courtesy of Dr. Wayne Huber, Oregon State University.Center for Exposure Analysis Modeling (CEAM)

SWMM, HSPF, WASP, QUAL2EU, ANNIE, and many, many others can be downloaded from this site. For SWMM users, this is the source for the official USEPA SWMM4.3 release.
