Software & Publications Return Policy

CHI wants you to be satisfied with our products. If, for any reason, the software or publcation(s) you receive does not meet your expectations, you can uninstall it and return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping.

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:

• Prior approval and a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) are required to return a physical product. RMA will expire 30 days after date of issue.
• To obtain the RMA# please call Customer Service toll free at 888-9-PCSWMM (972-7966), Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm EST. Please have your license number and/or order number available when you call.
• Damaged or defective product must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date for credit or replacement at our discretion.
• Returns for any other reason must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Once an RMA# has been obtained, securely pack the item(s) in an external carton. If available, include a copy of the packing list. We strongly advise that you obtain a tracking number for your shipment. Please use a sturdy shipping box.
• Return the package to:

• Prompt credit will be issued for all acceptable pre-authorized returns when they arrive back at our warehouse.
• If you purchased the software or publication(s) from one of our authorized resellers or affiliates, then you must contact that company to process your return. We can only accept returns for product purchased directly from CHI.



Workshop Refund Policy

Cancellations prior to 14 calendar days before the workshop will be refunded in full. Cancellations received within 14 days but prior to 7 calendar days before the workshop will forfeit 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the workshop will not be refunded, however registrants will be eligible for a 50% credit towards any future workshop.

CHI retains the right to cancel the course up to 7 days ahead. If the course is cancelled registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. CHI will not be liable for any other expenses occurred by the registrant. It is sensible to make airline and other reservations that are refundable.
