Detailed Information for Registrants
February 22-23, 2012

Thank you for your registration. Here is some information to help you plan your visit. If your questions aren't answered here, please don't hesitate to email us with any questions or call (519) 767-0197.
Registration
All conference materials will be handed out, and final registration formalities completed, between 7:45 - 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday February 22, 2012. Continental breakfast will be available.
Program
The sessions will begin each day at 8:30 and end at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday and at the close of session on Thursday afternoon, probably between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. The emerging list of accepted presentations can be found online until the week before the conference, when it will be replaced by the final conference program.
Posters and displays
Equipment and software will be on display in the meeting room and reception area.
Location
The conference will be held in the Conference Centre in the Marriot Courtyard Toronto Brampton at 90 Biscayne Crescent, Brampton, Ontario, L6W 4S1.
Please note there is no shuttle from the airport but it is a short cab ride from Pearson International airport and there is complimentary on-site parking for all attendees and guests.Accommodation

Travel
By Air: If flying into Toronto airport, you can take a quick cab ride to the Marriot Courtyard Brampton.
By Road: From Pearson International Airport, take 401 West to Hwy 410 North. Exit at Steeles Ave. Turn left (West) and then turn left on first Gulf Boulevard then left again on Biscayne Crescent.

Parking
Parking on-site is free for all attendees and guests of the hotel.
Food service
Coffee, juice and muffins, Danish, croissants etc. will be available each day at 8:00 a.m. in the meeting room, and coffee and beverages at mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Lunch will also be provided this year.
Proceedings
Your registration includes the cost of the 2011 conference proceedings On Modeling Urban Water Systems - Monograph 20. Your copy will be available at the registration desk. The proceedings for the 2012 conference will be published in the same format in February 2013, and you will be informed when they are available. You can, if you prefer, place a firm order for a copy at the conference however if plan on coming again next year, you will receive it with your registration package in 2013.
