Understanding the dynamic characteristics of the groundwater flow budget is crucial for effective water management. This study investigates the groundwater budget in the Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) area by the application of groundwater flow modeling. The groundwater flow model built for this study has some uncertainties, primarily due to limitations in data availability. To improve sustainable groundwater management, it is recommended to enhance management infrastructure, such as expanding and optimizing groundwater monitoring networks and systematically collecting precise data on groundwater extraction.
