ICWMM 2026

We are excited to share that, following the success of last year’s 2.5-day event, we are continuing with the updated program for the 2026 conference. We will be returning to The Westin Toronto Airport Hotel (the 2024 venue) and once again hosting the event during the usual last week of February. 

Registration for the 59th annual International Conference on Water Management Modeling is now open. This conference is a global platform for professionals and researchers to share insights and innovations in water management practices and emerging technologies.

ICWMM is inherently multidisciplinary, making it the ideal forum for anyone with a direct interest in stormwater, wastewater, or water distribution management and quantity/quality modeling of urban or rural water systems.

SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT - Step onto our stage!

Do you have a water management project or an innovative solution that you’re excited to share with your peers? Would you like to present to a diverse audience of water systems modelers? If so, we warmly encourage you to submit an abstract and take the opportunity to present live and in person at ICWMM.

Abstract submission deadline is February 1, 2026. Please indicate your preferred poster or oral presentation style in your submission email.

CONFERENCE FEES

Early Bird Registration (ends December 31):
2.5-days: $875 CAD | $725 USD

Regular Registration:
2.5-days: $975 CAD | $810 USD

Late Registration (starts February 14):
2.5-days: $1075 CAD | $895 USD

PCSWMM + EPA SWMM5 training workshops are also available immediately before the conference (at the same venue) on Monday & Tuesday, February 23-24, 2026. For more information on the workshop, please visit our website.

Full Introduction to SWMM5/PCSWMM workshop: $1450 CAD | $1210 USD
Day 1 Beginner-intermediate user workshop: $875 CAD | $730 USD
Day 2 Advanced user workshop: $875 CAD | $730 USD

ACCREDITATION

You can earn up to 3.5 CEUs by attending the conference and pre-conference workshops.
